This week we talk to Dr Peter Francis who has lived the running journey both as a young athlete starting off running 70 miles a week, he went through a number of nightmare injury years, but then came out the other side with many years of injury free running and PBs to boot, aswell as obtaining 3 science degrees and various coaching and consultancy roles.
