  1. Peter, Nice article. I was especially keen on the paragraph covering injuries when jumping in too fast with barefoot running. I hit it hard several weeks ago at the beach and injured my heal and have been limping around since. Slipped inserts into my shoes on your recommendation and that is slowly helping.  I’ll know better next time to take it slowly and perhaps walk first (as soon as we are allowed back on the beach) Welcome Ramadan, Bob
